LEADERSHIP FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME & OTHER YOUTH TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES
We planned to organize the following best-fit programmes and projects for the youth age 18 -35; HAVEK Leadership Fellowship Programme (a 12-month calendar fully packaged leadership development and capacity course building starting from 2022 soon), others plans for the youth Mandatory Aspiring Leadership Development Courses, Employability Training Courses – Basic and Executive.
Women
We also have programmes for the continuous development of the women folks. We have interesting training programmes and projects for different strata of women groups such as: master classes and vocational series for women group among artisans, traders and MSME owners; women group with tertiary education certificates but preferred self-employment and are business women and the third group is women groups among those who are full-fletched women Dawah workers, women entrepreneurs and professionals in politics and top executive positions in both private and public enterprises, and they are all also expected to benefit from the Leadership Training Course for Leaders of Islamic organizations starting with NASFAT.
OTHER SUBSIDIARY SERVICES
At HAVEK, we also offer top-notch management consultancy services to corporate individuals and establishments starting with the sister organs of NASFAT establishments and other corporate bodies home and abroad. We can handle effectively the HR services, organization strategic retreats, internal management/staff training, AGM and development of strategic documents, strategic planning among other areas of capabilities. HAVEK is also willing to achieve more through partnerships and collaborations with willing partners and corporate clients giving our team of professionals and well experienced hands, consultants and other corporate strategic partners that are ready to serve locally and internationally for exceptional service delivery and impactful strategic partnerships and collaborations.
MISSIONARY, DAWAH AND SOCIAL WORKERS
We also have in stock for the missioners, Dawah and social workers of NASFAT and other Islamic organizations in future programmes such as: specialized leadership training for continuous education and professional career development courses, coaching and mentoring programmes, business and vocational training for improved earnings of Dawah and Islamic worker, Arabic and Qur’an learning content for professional and volunteer-trainers in Dawah and Islamic organizations – English and Other language classes, Training manuals for successful Islamic workers’ series and their participation in Leadership Training Course for Leaders of Islamic organizations starting with NASFAT.
ARTISANS & MSMEs
We planned to raise the performance of artisans and operators of MSMEs, especially the practitioners among the Muslim community by putting together courses such as : Let’s Meet A Guru – It is a day visit by a professional in the selected areas of vocational and technical skills work for continuous learning and mentoring on their trade and occupational areas; we also intend to have business training workshops and seminars (a day event series) for the development of artisans and MSME owners on business formalization, documentation and certification processes as the easy way for them to get C.A.C and trade test registrations done with less stress; organize certificate course in Marketing and Client Relations Management, formation and management of artisans clustering and cooperative thrift for their financial growth and development, vocational, entrepreneurship and technical skill upgrade training courses for continuous improvement - up-skill, skill update, re-skill and multitasking skill – a week course in any of the chosen aspect of trade/occupation and financial intelligence check for artisans towards business and trade sustainability for their total business transformation

Programmes we planned to organize for these category of target people include: institutional capacity building and executive development programmes on leadership development, career progression, mentoring and coaching courses, entrepreneurship development and business management best practices, transformational leadership development courses, vocational and business training for life-after-work, retirement planning courses, also Arabic and Qur’an learning content for professionals and directors – English and Other language classes among other plans for them.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING COURSE OF ISLAMIC ORGANIZATIONS – LIOs
This specially designed training programme has fully packaged professional and moral content to cater for the needs and capacity building of new and existing executives of Islamic organizations including the members of their key stakeholders, elders fora and BoTs, also committees and teams leads for them to be well motivated for the tasks ahead and equip towards exceptional leadership delivery beyond human expectations in the near future. This has started from January 2022 with NASFAT meanwhile the plan is to take it other Islamic organizations and institution before December 2022 and beyond as one of our flagship training programmes including HAVEK Leadership Fellowship Programme.
