HAVEK LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Our Objectives
- The establishment of facilities for the training of Leaders (Management, Spiritual and Advisory) at all levels of Nasrul-l-lahi Fatih Society (NASFAT).
- To offer training facilities towards breeding committed, diligent and God-fearing future Leaders.
- To train and empower participants at the Academy with World Class Entrepreneurship skills.
- To equip and expose Participants to Global Best Practices in Good Governance and Leadership Principles.
- To develop curriculum towards breeding new generation of Missionaries with Arabic and Islamic Knowledge as well as Contemporary Leadership and Management Skills.
- To discover and mentor potential Leaders among participants at the Academy.
- To empower youths with formidable knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for future challenges.
- To offer consultancy services including training, organizing seminars, workshops and conferences for the improvement of the leadership skills and Islamic knowledge of the
leaders of NASFAT and other faith-based organizations and Certificate of Attendance shall be issued. - To promote capacity building and training for Missionaries of NASFAT and other Islamic Societies and organizations.
- To publish magazines, periodicals, articles, journal and books on Leadership and Islamic ethics.
