Programmes we planned to organize for these categories of target people include: institutional capacity building and executive development programmes on leadership development, career progression, mentoring and coaching courses, and entrepreneurship development and business management best practices, transformational leadership development courses, vocational and business training for life-after-work, retirement planning courses, and Arabic and Qur’an learning content for professionals and directors—English and Other language classes, among other plans for them.
